Who we are
FolloME provides trading signal notifications and simple portfolio tooling (“Service”).
Data we collect
- Account info: email and authentication details via Supabase Auth.
- App data you create: positions, trades, preferences (e.g., starting capital, sell-only setting), followed tickers.
- Device push token: Expo push token to deliver notifications.
- Billing: subscription status via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Technical logs: minimal server logs/errors to keep the Service reliable.
How we use data
- Operate the app (authenticate, store your trades/positions, compute alerts and stats).
- Send notifications you opt into.
- Process subscriptions and payments with Stripe.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Data sharing
We share data with infrastructure providers solely to operate the Service:
- Supabase (auth, database, storage).
- Stripe (payments). Sensitive card data is handled by Stripe.
- Expo (push notifications) to deliver alerts to your device.
- Render (hosting) for the API and legal pages.
- Signal sources provide market data; we do not send them your personal data.
We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. We apply industry-standard security and access controls.
Your controls
- Turn off notifications in system settings at any time.
- Delete or edit your trades/positions from within the app.
- Request account deletion or data questions via support@follome.app.
Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we’ll adjust the “Last updated” date above.
